With a trip, there is also the option to indicate whether it is a private trip, whether private detour kilometers have been made or whether a different route has been used.

The export file is a CSV file that can be saved as an Excel file after opening in a spreadsheet program if desired.
Depending on Excel settings, the file may need to be imported via Import data.LOCATIONS AND CARSWhen you first use the trip registration app, enter frequently used locations and the car.
A location can be selected during a ride.
If you have a different journey and the location has not yet been created in the app, it can be detected with the location upon arrival if desired.
To do this, use the location button next to the destination dropdown list.Deleting a location has no consequences for the trips currently stored in the mileage registration app.
It is therefore possible to delete a location that will no longer be used in the future.Changing address details of a location also has no consequences for existing journeys.
If an address of a location is changed, this will also be adjusted for the journeys.RIDE AND EXPORTSAdding a ride is quick and easy upon arrival at the location.
Just click on the destination (or possibly from the location) and enter the final mileage.
If desired, you can indicate in the settings whether the thousands have already been filled in.
If desired, new locations can also be saved directly as reusable locations in the app to be able to choose from the drop-down list next time.
There is a setting for this.To keep and clean the app as quickly as possible, there is the option to delete old rides, which can be done from the ride overview.
Choose a period and press delete.RECOVERY COPYRecovery copies are stored in the Internal Storage/Documents/trip registration folder (trip registration-recovery.txt).With a recovery copy, all data can be imported when using a new phone and all data is back in your trip registration.
Do not change the files and folder name!CHECK FOR ACCURACYIf the kilometers or location of consecutive trips do not match, this will be shown in the trips screen.
However, if you select in the settings that there may be gaps between odometer readings of trips, the errors regarding missing kilometers will not be shown.
